Returns Policy: We know that on the odd occassion customers change their minds about items and would like to return them. Here's how:

NOTE: Please contact us @ musiclodge@live.co.uk before any items are returned to us.

Returns of Books, Sheet Music & DVDs: Items must be returned in their original condition for re-sale. Once the returned item has been received a full refund will be given. If an item was defective in any way please return in the same manner. Please add a note with any returns specifying the reason for return and package securely.

Returns of Bulkier Items: Please contact us @ musiclodge@live.co.uk to organise the return of bulkier items. These are decided on an item by item basis.

All returns are to be sent to: Musiclodge, 101 Maiden Place, Lower Earley, Reading. RG6 3HE

Cancelling an Item: By law you have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after delivery. To ensure you can cancel the order all items must be un-opened/ sealed and in their original condition for re-sale. Again, please contact us before returning any items.

Please note that all return delivery costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty.
