Returns

Returns that are not faulty can be returned within 7 days or cancelled before the item has been dispatched. Please contact us by e-mail at musiclodge@live.co.uk to arrange the return.

The return is to be made by post and the refund will be made excluding the original carriage fee. The customer will incur all of the costs of returning the items to us. Please include a receipt when returning your purchase, as we will not provide a refund without this.

The returned product must be unused and in 'as new' condition for re-sale. The unwanted product should be returned in it's original packaging with all packing, accessories and instruction manuals. Products supplied in sealed packaging must be returned in this condition.

Faulty Goods Return

Returns of faulty goods are to be made within 28 days of delivery. Any faults occurring after this period may be covered by the manufacturers warranty, but each manufacturer is different so please contact us at musiclodge@live.co.uk so that we can respond to your individual circumstance. Consumables (drum skins, sticks, etc.) are not covered under manufacturers warranty.

To receive a refund or exchange the item must be returned in it's original packaging with all packing, accessories and instruction manuals. Please include a receipt when returning your purchase, as we will not provide a refund without this. Returns will not be provided for faults caused by accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. A refund will not be made for consumable products (drum skins, sticks, etc.) unless a clear manufacturing fault is evident.

Delivery Policy

We will endeavour to ship all items within one working day. If you live in the UK you can choose between 1st and 2nd class post. For foreign countries standard air mail will be used. Postage and packing is calculated according to the individual items size and weight.

1st Class delivery time is 1-2 days (please add 24 hours for packaging and processing time.)

2nd Class delivery time is within 3 working days (please add 24 hours for packaging and processing time.)

Air Mail to Europe - Delivery time is usually about 1 week.

Air Mail to Rest of World - Delivery time is usually around 2 weeks, varies dependant on country.

FREE postal insurance is given on all items £34 in value and less.
