Musiclodge uses Royal Mail and Parcel2Go for 99% of deliveries, ensuring the lowest delivery prices possible for our customers. We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving an order, though we cannot guarantee this.

Books and DVDs will be sent using Royal Mail, taking between 2 and 5 days to be delivered. FREE postal insurance given on items sent using Royal Mail.

Bulkier items will be sent using Parcel2Go or HDL, these items will be delivered between 1 and 5 days and will generally need to be signed for. Extra postal insurance available on request.

All postal charges are decided on an item by item basis.
